Comfortable Stay with Some Room for Improvement

I enjoyed my stay in the spacious Blissful Corner Room. The staff at the ground floor were exceptionally helpful, though the reception could use customer service training. The gym offers a fantastic view, and the breakfast was delightful—definitely order a cappuccino!

This hotel is a gem with spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff. The concierge service is top-notch, ensuring seamless transportation. I loved the close proximity to the MTR and local shops too! A perfect base for exploring the vibrant local culture while enjoying excellent hospitality.

I stayed in a Blissful King or Twin Room for 7 nights and loved the spacious layout. The room was spotless and the staff was incredibly friendly, always there to help. The concierge even assisted us with airport taxi arrangements after checkout, which was a nice touch.

Occasionally had noise from neighbors.

Amazing place with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff helped return my forgotten hairbrush on my first stay. Highly recommend for relaxing stays.

We explored the Kwun Tong Promenade and enjoyed mixing with locals. The spacious Blissful King Room was perfect for all of us. Great location, easy access to transport and nice common areas to chill.

Unfortunately, we faced a few issues with cleanliness. The bathroom could have used a better scrub. we saw stains and marks that weren't pleasant.

During my stay, the room felt too cold even after turning off the A/C. If you're into shopping, be prepared for a 20-minute walk to the nearest retail areas, as the hotel is situated away from the main shopping districts. Being located in an industrial area, dining options around may not cater well to tourists, often requiring an MTR ride to find more diverse eateries.

I can't tell you how much I loved having an iPad in my room loaded with games for the kids! It, and the housekeeping was great, keeping everything tidy for our little ones. The king-sized beds were comfy, allowing us to relax after a long day.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, it was still acceptable for the experience.

The rain shower in the spacious room was a refreshing touch after a long day.
